A Story Group is a small, intimate gathering where women come together to explore a particular story from their childhood. Each participant chooses one significant memory to share and explore over the course of our six sessions together—not simply as a recitation of events, but as an exploration of the deeper meanings, emotions, and themes woven throughout that moment.
We create space to discover new insights about these formative stories and how they have shaped who we are today. In Story Group, we learn to tell our stories with honesty and curiosity, and we learn to listen to one another with compassion and care. This practice opens us to healing, redemption, and a deeper understanding of ourselves.
Group Size: Limited to 6 women
Preparation: Prior to our first session, participants will receive a few brief readings and audio resources to help you understand story work and prepare for the experience.
